It's HP-UX B.11.31 U ia64 I don't know about the disk errors and disk configuration. The customer is contacting us regarding the questions related strictly to Progress. When they got the direct evidences of the problems with disks they just closed a case with us and opened a case with HP. Nothing on the Progress side knew that they were waiting on disk or memory.... something lower at the kernel level was just not giving out the time slices. Exactly. But it looks strange for me. Can the disks freeze the time? Can the disks roll the time back into past? ;-)
