Hi Jason, I'm afraid Mobile-Web Enabled applications are not meant to be customized. As stated in the documentation, "You choose the application views exposed to users through the mobile app, but you cannot change the look and feel of the mobile app itself". Please submit this idea on the Product Enhancements section of Rollbase: https://community.progress.com/community_groups/products_enhancements/i/rollbase/default.aspx.
