Hi Tenzi, - Click on 'Settings' link in top-right menu items. - Click on Applications link and click on application name link in which you want to change the header and footer,. - In 'More Actions' drop-down list, click on 'Header and Footer' menu item. Here, you can use hosted css file in order to customize your app's header and footer. Please let me know if you have any questions.
