Hi Binh, What is the version of your private cloud prior to upgrading to 3.1.3? Are you using the installer? More importantly, did you use the update script for your database? If you are upgrading from an earlier version, you will need to use multiple scripts, starting with the next version higher than your existing installation and continuing until you reach the 3.1.3 script.
