We have push notification within our RollBase Mobile product. Here is a tutorial that describes how to send them in Rollbase Mobile: docs.mobile.rollbase.com/.../sending-push-notifications-to-a-device and here is another tutorial that shows how to send them via a REST API: docs.mobile.rollbase.com/.../sending-push-notifications-from-3rd-party-apps-outside-of-console
