I'm sure that this is the issue. I misspoke earlier when I said that we had the same dll files installed. I've just spotted that Robin has 13.1.20131.2015 of the controls & I have 13.1.20131.2048 So, we need to install the SP1 controls on Robin's PC. Can we just re-run the SP1 installer?
