at the risk of sounding like a smartass, if your vendor is very familiar with the progress database, they will be well aware that 10.2B is over 5 years old. There have been 4 releases of progress since then (11.0, 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3). They must have an incredibly compelling reason for "upgrading" you to an old release ...
