Hi Brian Windows 7/8 upgrade to Windows 10 is free - I believe most existing users will want to take advantage of this before the offer from Microsoft ends. Another reason is that new computers will soon come with Windows 10 and prospective clients will expect our applications to be able to run on it . It would be good if OE10 & 11 could be certified soonest. Thanks Regards Seah
