We've done this and you'll need to make a backup of your customer/tenant in the Hosted Clound and additionally export your applications as xml. In the private cloud, load the backup and the application xml files into an empty customer. If you have any hosted files, Progress will need to get those to you if you don't have any copies, then you'll have to reload them into the Private Cloud. At least those are the steps we had to take.
