I decided to call the service manually through the program SOAPUI and saw that the request consists of one input parameter. I got a new description of the service using -show100style and started working with him. I asked colleagues from other departments to give me the service with other input parameters, so I got no exception, but the resulting data. And I was able to get a result from the service.
