All known image bugs that appeared in 11.3 are fixed in 11.3.2 so, as Jean suggested, installing 11.3.2 may resolve your issue. If you describe the issue I may be able to tell you whether it is fixed in 11.3.2. Most of the problems involved the STRETCH-TO-FIT option.
