What platform was this on? What are your shm startup parameters if any? (-shmsegsize inparticular) What are the SHM kernel parameters set to? This is obviously a bug that should be filed with support but it does not appear to be common one so getting the environment details (kernel settings, all OE startup params and permissions settings on executables and .db file) will really help in understanding why this is happeneing.
