In looking further at the test.brixxs.com:1433. Reason: Connection refused: connect errors, they appear to be failed cloud connections. Is this correct? If so, I was looking at the wrong log entries. Sorry. Is your on-premise data source name CommonWealth? If so, the actual error is: Communication failure. Unexpected HTTP status code: 404 Not Found - Timeout waiting for on-premise host 58402B79-D093-4BD9-9A02-B7C37B8A2464BALCESME to response to on-premise notification The step is to verify that the on-premise connector is working properly. Do you have a 64-bit install? How recent is your OP Connector install? How are you trying to connect--with the update-and-test in the data source configuration dialog? So we can get more logging info, please change the Logging entry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Progress Software Corporation\DDCloudOpAcc from 1 to 3. Then restart the Progress DataDirect Cloud Access service. Give it a minute or two to initialize. Then we'll need to look at latest log file in C:\Windows\System32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Roaming\Progress\DDCloudOpAcc Feel free to send it to me. I'll be glad to take a look it. Thanks.
