I got an answer for Progress Support team. Every time you try to use ProBidingSource:Assign in AfterUpdateCell make sure the BindingSource is positioned on the row that the edit values came from by doing this: IF rowIx bindingSource1:POSITION THEN bindingSource1:POSITION = rowIx.
