Thank you Anil. I will check with the customer this. He mentioned that he installed Roundtable plug-in in one machine, but I am not sure about this new VM he put together. Let me get more details on this and No.2 and I will let you know. Best Regards, Alberto. Are there any custom plug-ins available in PDS OE along with eclipse and developer studio plug-ins shipped with PDS OE product? 2. Is it happening even when we launch PDS OE in a new workspace (without any projects) and close (or exit) the session? If it is not happening in a plain workspace can you please share your environment/configuration details. We have observed that issue sometimes when we work on huge OpenEdge Projects (say around 5000 files in the project/workspace). This is the eclipse natural tendency and sometimes eclipse will take few seconds to close all the dependent processes. Thanks and Regards, Anil Kumar. He monitors with Process Monitor and find Eclipse/Java/Prowin32 running after he quits PDS. java.exe keeps consuming CPU. As I mentioned in one of the posts, he just open Developer Studio, waits for PDS to finish background tasks/operations and closes PDS. Any ideas where else I could be searching to find out what is happening? Why does PDS keep running these tasks? I am attaching the set of .log files generated in different sessions found in .metadata directory, which include different exceptions. any help is appreciated Thank you. Alberto. If so, there are settings that can be changed in Windows - Preferences - General - Workspace - Local History that may help. The issue is described in article 000043203, “Developer Studio process continues running for a few minutes after the user exits”. HTH, Roberta Stop receiving emails on this subject.
