George etal. - Thank you for your posts. I would reiterate everything that Thomas and Rob have said already. There are many different sources where we draw our information for to help us figure out what goes into the next release and what direction we need to move towards. When it comes to the database I take into account all of these sources as well as direct feedback from many of our customers , the product management and the field have talked to. This includes our Partners as well as all of our enterprise customers. Everyone has their own list of priorities and there is no shortage of what we "should" do (in everyone's own mind). Often times, as you have pointed out, not all customer requirements are the same. Different customers have different requirements based on where they are in their business. We have to balance this with our product direction and work we need to do to be able to move forward in 2 or 3 years. Please continue to provide feedback to us.
