Bit of a Monday Morning Teaser for you. We had a DB crash at the weekend so I've been perusing the DB log files in more detail than normal (someone else does that usually), and I came across hundreds of error 16331 errors in the log. I've found KB http://knowledgebase.progress.com/articles/Article/000050112?q=16331&l=en_US&fs=Search&pn=1 but this seems to refer to Schema Holders rather than an actual DB. Other than that I can't find much pertinent advice. Does anyone have any experience with these errors and how to stop them? I doubt it's much of an issue as they've been going on for ages and nobody has complained, but they're bloating the log file...
