Use Case Carton rebates will be based on total accumulated qualifying product purchases within the promo period, as long as a qualifying order of 10 cartons has been placed. o 10 cartons is a qualifying order for cumulative carton rebates and sweepstakes entry ONLY o In order to receive extended payment terms and discounts a customer must have a 20+ carton order during the promo period o See Price Lock carton requirements below  Customers purchasing fewer than 10 cartons will not be eligible for any component of the Fall Promotion  There is no maximum for the carton rebate.  Only orders shipped and billed by Merial (OrderSource = Direct) will be eligible for terms, discounts, rebates, and sweepstakes entries associated with the promotion.
