Are you looking for anything specific? Maybe give an example on what you are looking for?
There is the file-info handle and sytem-dialog get-file statement, you can use drop-files in the UI, if all else fails you can use OS-command to do anything the OS can do with files....
But I don't know if that is what you are looking for.
