Excel OLE Automation Using VS C++ 6.0

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody has expierence with OLE Automation in C++.
I have trouble using the SaveAs method.
When invoking this method using a ConflictResolution (Auto Accept changes) it asks *File already excists overwrite yes, no, cancel*

Does anybody know how to solve this ?
