Event onMouseOver on a VIEW-AS-TEXT Fill-IN

How can i start a onMouseOver Event when the MousePointer moves over an VIEW-AS-TEXT Fill-In ? I want to open a Frame to show more informations.
Can anybody help me.

There isn't a Progress event, but you can simulate one.
