Using Windows 2000 Pro
When trying to open Outlook 2002, I receive the following:
"Cannot detect previous login. You
need to run Frontstep CRM at least once. Frontstep
Outlook extension will be disable for current Outlook
session". Followed by window titled "Microsoft
Outlook" and error msg "The add-in psExcExt.dll could
not be installed or loaded. Unable to load
pscExcExt.dll."
Does anyone know exactly what this error is related to? I do not have FrontStep CRM loaded anywhere on my PC.
Please help!!!!!
