Error during license update

Hey!

I'm trying to update my ODBC license as the current only have one single concurrent connection. I would like to update to another with 5 connections...

But I get this error before being able to update my license:
Shutdown these processes before reinstalling:
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\setup.exe
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\img.dll
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\msg.dll
C:\Progress\OpenEdge\util.dll

ANy suggestions how to acomplish this?
 
Are you running Windows or Linux? Assuming it's windows. First of all, try a reboot. Then check in your services and stop and Progress services that are running. Failing that, check the task manager and kill and Progress processes there.
