We need the ability to convert a customer support email and any attachments into record(s) in Rollbase. Running a customer support center on Rollbase would be difficult without the email to case feature because a vast majority of our customer communication is accomplished via email. With this feature any incoming emails would be parsed and funneled into create a customer support object record including the email attachments without re-keying the information. Replies to this incoming email would be encoded with the organization, tenant and object id so the customer could respond via email. Those incoming emails would be parsed linked to the corresponding object record.
