Dynamic Queries/Browses

Hi,

Just trying to learn the fundamentals of dynamic queries, browses and temp-tables for use with the AppServer. Finding it hard to find any good material (+ my boss is to tight to send me on a course). Anyone got any pointers on learning this?

Where do I get a copy of the e-zine from. I've tried searching the Net and also Progress.com without any joy.
