Desktop 2 connection manager initializing connections

Connections in Connection Manager hang in "Initializing" state.
Can't get any Idle connection.

Have checked all 19 solutions I found relevant in QAD's Knowledgebase but none was applicable.

My checks show that Tomcat's application doesn't even try to open TCP session to the specified telnet host.

Any help appreciated.
 
I had to play with my connmgr script. Instead of going to a .pf file, I connected all the databases from the connmgr script. Don't know if that will help....
