The issue is that when the Time Clock screen is up and running with no activity for an hour or so, the software "seems to timeout" the following errors occur:
"Error reading socket, RET=10054, Errno=0. (778)"
I click OK and get:
"Incomplete write when writing to server"
I click OK again and get from the [Main Menu] Title window:
"@Menu-def that has [!menu-def.M-ID: Dcol-File] does not exist."
The only way to close this window is to end task from the Task Manager.
In the Event Viewer, shows Event ID 794, Usernum 24 Terminated Abnormally.
I thought it was related to the TCPIP losing connection, and I checked the WINS and DNS servers with no prevail. I am able to ping the server Syteline is running on even when these errors occur. The Client connections through Terminal Services are not effected.
