customized program shutting down the database

Hi All,
We have a customized program for fixed asset transfer and when we running the program the below mentioned error message (Error # 7153) is coming and the database is shutting down.

Can anyone know on which situation this issue comes please? Thanks in advance.

rllktxe: lock error: requested 1 holding 1. (7153)
** Save file name core for analysis by Progress Software Corporation. (439)
 
Can you work out where the error is occurring in the code? Would be helpful to know what it is doing to throw this error. What Progress version?

In the attached program, highlighted part (Mentioned problematic part) is creating the issue

Looks like a Progress bug. Can you reproduce the error in a later service pack like 10.2B08? If not then use that. If you can then open a case with Progress TS.
