CSCombo Problem

I am apparently Active-x'ally challenged and I cannot seem to get the CSCOMBO OCX (csComb32.ocx) working. Does anyone have an example using this OCX. I am fairly new to progress and i am using 9.1c (ADM2 - SmartObjects). I am looking for the multi column capability of this ocx. Any Help/Guidance would be greatly appreciated.
