Create a Data Definitions (.df file) from Database Report file

have you ever had a report from Data Administration [Reports] [Detailed Table] that you need to convert to a .df file to import the data definitions? I looked every where and was unable to locate a program. I have attached a txt document with a program that can read the report file and do the conversion. It may not work in all cases, but I have tried to accomidate as many options as I could. I hope someone finds this useful and saves hours trying to do this.
