Corrupted run-time segmant chain

Hi there,

Yesterday one of my users experienced the following message whilst exiting our application:

System Error: Corrupted run-time segmant chain

We are using Progress 9.1D on Windows Server 2000 platform. Can you give me an idea of what might have caused this error and if there is any action that I should take to check the consistency of my database?

Any help given would be much appreciated as I am not keen on seeing System Errors appearing.

It Indicates corruption of r code. find out the module which user was using when the error occurred and recompile involved .p's. No issues from database end.
