How about responding to new ideas in some specific timeframe? Otherwise this idea submission process appears to just be the same as /dev/null. There is no ID, no way to track over time other than me logging in here and searching for all of my past idea submissions? As a customer, I'm not particularly interested in whether there is a "community" of people who like the enhancement idea that I need in your product in order to make my product work. What I want to know is whether or not progress can/will address my concern/issue/idea, and when. I'd at least expect some response back with clarifying questions or something. If I used a similar process with my customers, I'd expect to hear a lot of negative feedback about our level of support.
