The 5.4.1 .NET Server guide was revised to expand on some of the procedures in setting up IIS 7.5. The revised book -- accessed at documentation.progress.com/.../5.4.1 and linked from the Corticon Product Documentation Overview, 5.4.1 books in Communities -- is the only location of these changes as of now. Note that the original book was 92 pages/3134KB and the revised one is 94 pages/3146KB.
