Code page conversion table Error!!

I got the following error while creating the DB.
Code page conversion table for ISO8859-1 to SHIFT-JIS was not found in
convmap.cp. (6063)
The tables required to perform conversion for the database were not found in
convmap.cp. (1564)

Kindly help me on this.

Conversion is possible between compatible code pages in this case incompatible.

You need a iso8859-1 installation of Progress instead of a japanese or modify startup.pf to reflect the right codepage and collation (iso8859-1, BASIC,BASIC).
