Clear Eventlog

if you keep getting errors that progress can't write events
because the event log is full

in windows control panel\performance and maint\admin tools
in the event viewer right click on the logs and bring up their properties

then set them to overwrite events as needed
you can also increase the log size



you can probably do it through windows script host
look it up in msdn and then implement it in your progress code

it would also be a good idea to bring it up in peg.com
