CIM Interface Question

Has anyone been able to put Function keys or Arrow keys into a CIM load
file? Cannot find any mention of it in the CIM Interface help.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

That is because you can't do it. Only F1 (end of line) and F4 (period on a
line by itself) are available in a CIM file.

The answer is no: That's why there is no CIM solution to
'delete' records. If you need to support CIM functionality
then take a look at http://www.Strategic.com and if you want
real-time access or API approach, take a look at http://www.issgroup.net

As others have posted - you can't do this.

However, QAD provides alternate programs that can be used in CIMS because
they don't require the arrow keys or other function keys.

Such as 36.25.10 - special program that allows mass deletion of items.
There also is an alternate program for loading item standard costs.
