Checkbox on Users object to force password change on next login

For security requirements and for when password enforcement rules are changed, we require a way to force users to change their password on next login. The ideal way would be for a checkbox or flag on a User record so that we could manually do this per record or mass update the Users to force everyone to change a password on the next login.
