Can we develop mobile web pages in webspeed?

Hi All,
I want to develop web application and access them from mobile phones.
I have understood that we cannot run web pages in mobile phones which is developed for Internet protocol network.
As mobile phone uses WAP network and the the web pages need to be developed using wml, wml scripts and xml.
But the sparkling question is how to compile wml files from webspeed?
Can anyone throw some light and show me the way to compile those files and create web object files.
If we cannot develop mobile web application in webspeed kindly let me know for what reason we can't.
Appreciate all for going thru my request even if you guys don't get answer.

The function content-type() and the procedure output-headers is your friend.

You can use Webspeed to generate anything that comes out of a web server.
