Backing up a database

i would like to take a backup of my database online. for this the command is

probkup ​

[ online ] db-name [ incremental ] device-name​

[​

​

-estimate​

| ​

​

-vs n​

| ​

​

-bf n​

| -verbose

could u please explain me
1)incremental
2)- estimate
3)- vs n
4)- bf n
5)- verbose

Those are all explained in the rest of the manual entry that you've cut & pasted. I could repeat it but that seems silly. What is it about that explanation that is unclear to you?
