autostart param in conmgr.properties

what does the 'autoStart' param in conmgr.properties do? i.e. what event causes the databases to 'autostart' - it doesn't seem to be on the start of the AdminServer.

Interesting - reading the kbase as best I can I see that kbase entry 19703 suggests that it should start when the AdminServer starts.

I note there was an error in Compaq Tru64 with Webspeed to do with more than 20 databases autostarting, but that doesn't seem likely!
