This means you do not need to duplicate common logic and that when that logic changes you only need to change it in one place and all affected decision services will automatically get the new rules. However, it is not easy to determine if a given rule sheet is actually shared by several rule flows. Its important to know when a rule sheet is shared, because any change you make to that shared rule sheet is going to affect all of the rule flows that use it.
