Allow formula fields to be used as filter criteria and make sortable in views and reports

Formula fields are value but are also very limiting because you cannot filter or sort by this datatype. Expression fields improve on the concept but are unreliable. They are primarily unreliable because they require a record update of another field to fire before the expression value will get updated.
