Question AI with Progress / OpenEdge

It can seem like it is almost all that they talk about these days... not that that is different from anyone else!

Can I summarize it? No, I'm much too grouchy. But they sure do talk about it a lot.

The main area I've seen talked about is in the whole area of summarising large volume data. John Ainsworth does an interesting talk around using maps to visualise data but there's no substance around how. It's just pretty pictures and smoke and mirrors.
 
I've heard there is an AI plug-in for PDSOE, but it's just a wrapper for ChatGPT. It doesn't matter to me as I've given up on PDSOE in favour of VS Code.

There's no way I'd be adding that to my IDE. Ever. AI tools don't get to read my code and use it.
