Adv Repetitive with co-products

Hi All,
I am trying to set up a job with by/co-products using the advanced repetitive mfg method in mfg/pro version 8.6D. I have not been successful - I have not been able to do a backflush - so I'm wondering if the two are compatible. I have not been able to reference this in qad documentation so I am wondering if anyone has had experience doing this? or know if I can use by/co-products with advanced repetitive? ...Thanks much.

This is what the knowledgebase says:

As documented in the MFG/PRO User Guides, Co/By Products (joint products) are not supported in the Repetitive (or Advanced Repetitive) Module.
"The Repetitive module does not support joint schedules like the Work Orders module supports joint order sets.
Line Schedule Workbench (18.1.10). The line schedule (workbench) can be updated using normal MRP-planned orders for an item on a production line, but not using MRP-planned orders for a co-product or base process from a joint order set.
