Coming off of Salesforce, they had a really good system where admins could use a third party IDE, such as Eclipse, to connect to an org where code (ie triggers, validation rules, etc.) could be accessed, created, or edited. In the IDE you'd see a tree of objects and be able to access each object's triggers, validation rules, page layouts, etc. It would be tremendous if Rollbase could get to that level of sophistication. This would allow us to easily capture code/logic and save locally for disaster recovery and versioning. Plus IDE's tend to have strong auto-completion capabilities and ties in to the host's schema to help developers write code and we wouldn't have to be stuck using the sometimes frustrating code editor inside the web browser. Please consider this as it would free up developers' time by not having to weed through each object's definition page, scroll endless to find a trigger/validation to edit, etc.
