Add a connection option to exclude Greenplum partitions as separate tables

The reference to this idea is the case# 00313405 - 91090,004,000: GreenPlum ODBC Driver returns table partitions as separate tables The partitions are not exactly tables even though they can be queried directly. There should be a way so that users can treat partitions as partitions only and not as separate tables. When there are multiple tables with multi level partitioning, it will become very difficult to manage the tables as the number would be multiplied for each level of partition and the constraints. Hence please provide a connection parameter by which we can exclude the GreenPlum table partitions as separate tables. Thanks, Ravi Nandibhatla
