Eduardo,

I hope I'm not too late to help. As you may have already figured out, this particular stget is probably related to a Unix parameter. According to Progress:

The MAXUMEM kernel parameter is the user's virtual address space
in the kernel. The default value is sometimes too low,
paticularly when you run a procedure that requires a lot of
memory.

If you need help modifying this parameter, please let me know. I'm fairly conversant with SCO, AIX, HPUX, Solaris, and a few other variants.

While the bulkload can be tricky to run properly, it's much faster than doing a "normal" load. It's probably worth doing some troubleshooting to make it work.
