dump and load?????? time cosuming

Dear TOM/ALL, My doubt is 1. suppose i am trying to dump some 10 tables each is 500 GB to one server A to B. How can i dump and load Particular tables 2 . Why we do procopy after dump. !!!!!IS IT ALL IS TIME CONSUMING DO NOT U THINK?
