You are getting MRP records for each item. You are not out puting this info so why read it? I may be missing something. If you do want the MRP quantities you need to do a 'for each MRP' loop.

We are on version 6 so not sure if file/field names would have changed. The protection is in file sys-menu. I think the menu name m-id = "co-act" and the field m-protect(logical). I usually put the protection back on when finished.

We have updated to progress 9.1E and Syteline 6.02.10 on Friday 13th October. The system is now very slow to the point that our purchasing department is saying that the system is unusable.
