Thanks casper. I figured that out, wjview is microsoft java loader. Sun savaloader is sjview. I had sun java virtual machine. Since microsoft does not have the virtual machine anymore, I downloaded from other third party site and it now works fine. Thanks everyone for the help. Niranjan

The error in the log file for the sqlexp.bat is as follows. I checked that the first 2 jar files i18n.jar and tools.jar are not present in my installation. rest are fine. I tried to reinstall but still the same. Any idea how to fix this one. Thanks Niranjan...
